1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the IPC Padel and Padel Eight websites, including ipcpadel.com, padeleight.com and any related pages, enquiry forms or online services we operate. By using the websites, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the websites.

2. About IPC Padel and Padel Eight

IPC Padel is the championship framework behind Padel Eight. Padel Eight is a flagship individual padel competition concept operated under IPC Padel. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean IPC Padel and Padel Eight.

3. Website information

We aim to keep information on the websites accurate and current, but content may change as competitions, partnerships, venues, formats and commercial arrangements develop. Website content is provided for general information only and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

4. Registrations, enquiries and expressions of interest

Submitting a player registration, club enquiry, sponsorship enquiry or other expression of interest does not guarantee selection, entry, participation, appointment, partnership, sponsorship or any other contractual relationship. We may accept, decline, pause or close an enquiry at our discretion.

5. Competition participation

Participation in any IPC Padel or Padel Eight competition may be subject to separate event rules, eligibility requirements, entry terms, waivers, venue rules, codes of conduct and other conditions supplied before participation. Those specific conditions will take priority if they conflict with these general website terms.

6. Intellectual property

The websites and their content, including names, logos, competition concepts, graphics, photographs, text, layouts, branding and other materials, are owned by or licensed to us unless stated otherwise. You may view the websites for personal or legitimate business enquiry purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, exploit or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the websites, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security, submit false or misleading information, introduce malicious code, scrape the websites at scale without permission, impersonate another person, or use the websites for unlawful or abusive purposes.
